Role Description
Job Title: Salesforce (SFDC) Developer – LWC & OmniStudio
Experience Range
- 3–5 years of total IT experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce.com experience in development, implementation, administration, and configuration
- Hiring Location Hyderabd/Bangalore/Chennai/Kochi/Kolkata/Trivandrum/Pune/Gurgaon/Noida
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Apex (Triggers & Classes)
- Visualforce & Lightning (including Aura framework)
- OmniStudio
- Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Experience in:
- At least 2 projects in OmniStudio (OR 1 project with 10+ months of OmniStudio experience)
- LWC, Lightning, and integration-based implementations
- Strong expertise in:
- SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
- JavaScript frameworks
- Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes
- Reports and dashboards
- User setup, roles, profiles, and security configuration
- Good understanding of:
- Governor limits and Apex best practices
- API integrations (REST, SOAP, WSDL, Bulk API, Metadata API)
- Experience in:
- Deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, Eclipse)
- Debugging and resolving deployment issues
- Strong database knowledge:
- SQL / PL-SQL, schemas, stored procedures
- Solid understanding of:
- HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, Web Services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with onsite (USA-based) teams
Certifications (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
- Salesforce App Builder Certification
Good-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) / DEV 501
- Advanced Admin (ADM 301)
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant certifications
- Experience with:
- ETL tools (Informatica, Boomi, MuleSoft, Cast Iron)
- Java / .NET technologies
- Exposure to Healthcare Payer domain
- Experience with Google APIs, JQuery, or modern JavaScript frameworks
