Role Description
Job Title: SFDC Developer
Experience Range: 4 to 6yrs
Hiring Location: Pune/Bangalore/Chennai/Trivandrum/Kochi/Noida/Gurgaon
Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer (Developer III) to support enterprise solutions by configuring, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce configurations, data management tools, and release management, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues and enhance system performance.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce configuration (user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, workflows, flows, process builders)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce data tools: Data Loader, Workbench, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE, Informatica
- Experience with Salesforce change management tools (Visual Studio Code, GitHub version control)
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and coding
- Good understanding of AWS Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Release Management tools (Gearset / AutoRabit or similar)
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exposure to third-party Salesforce applications and integrations
- Knowledge of advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Experience working in customer support or production support environments
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop new and existing Salesforce features
- Manage user access, security, and data configurations
- Handle Salesforce support requests and resolve escalated issues
- Perform root cause analysis and document findings with recommended solutions
- Monitor system performance and identify issues impacting customer experience
- Set up and configure customer accounts and system settings
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and processes
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth release management and deployments
