Role Description
Job Title: Salesforce OmniStudio Senior Developer
Experience Range:4–7 years
Hiring Location: Pune/Bangalore/Chennai/Trivandrum/Kochi/Noida/Gurgaon
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity) components
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model
- Experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration & customization (Process Builder, Lightning App Builder)
- Experience building custom OmniStudio solutions (Digital Experiences, Flows, Actions, Journeys)
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Components and Visualforce pages
- Solid understanding of end-to-end development lifecycle, including unit testing and code reviews
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Platform Developer I / II
- Salesforce Administrator
- OmniStudio Developer
- Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Git)
- Frontend skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
