Role Description
Hiring Location: Bangalore/Noida/Gurgaon/Trivandrum/Chennai
Experience Range: 3 to 5yrs
3+ years of relevant hands-on experience on Salesforce configurations, coding, and building integrations
Must Have Skills
- Salesforce configurations
- Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE, Informatica)
- Salesforce change management (Visual Studio Code, GitHub version control)
- AWS Cloud
- Salesforce Release Management tools like Gearset or AutoRabit or similar
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
Good To Have Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Good understanding of AWS Cloud and Salesforce Release Management tools like Gearset or AutoRabit or similar
Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration and coding of new and existing Salesforce features, including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, and third-party applications
- Handle Salesforce support requests and address escalated user needs by providing timely and comprehensive resolution to technical challenges and business support issues
- Consistently document root cause analysis steps and findings, recommended solutions
- Monitor customer service areas to identify potential system issues that could impact customer experience
- Complete setup and configuration of Salesforce customer accounts and configurations
- Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications and processes
