Role Description
Job Description
We are looking for a PCSM Developer with 3-4 years of experience in developing and supporting applications using Pega Customer Service Framework. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PCSM configuration, case management, and integrations, with a good understanding of Pega best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance applications using Pega Customer Service (PCSM) framework
Customize case types, data models, flows, UI sections, and rules
Configure service requests, interaction portals, and customer journeys
Implement business rules, validations, and decision logic
Work on integrations using REST/SOAP services
Perform unit testing, debugging, and support defect fixes
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements
Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices
Provide support during UAT and production deployments
Required Skills & Experience
3-4 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC
Strong experience with Pega Customer Service (PCSM) framework
Good knowledge of: Case Management
Flows & Flow Actions
UI/Sections
Data Pages
Integrations (REST/SOAP)
Experience in rule creation and configuration
Understanding of Pega deployment and production support
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Pega CSA or PCSA certification
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
Exposure to performance tuning and application optimization
Domain experience in customer service or CRM projects
