Role Description - 5+ years of hands-on experience with OutSystems in enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong expertise in:
- Reactive Web Apps and/or Traditional Web Apps
- OutSystems platform architecture and lifecycle
- Performance optimization and best practices
- Proficient in SQL, database design, and data modeling.
- Strong experience with system integrations (REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, SSO).
- Solid understanding of secure application development and governance standards.
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery models.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC), including cloud-native deployment and scalability considerations.
- Practical exposure to AI Mentor, including:
- Technical debt remediation
- Architecture and performance issue resolution
- Best-practice compliance enforcement
- OutSystems certifications (Professional / Expert Developer preferred).
- Exposure to regulated industries such as Insurance, Banking, or Asset / Wealth Management.
- Familiarity with:
- CI/CD pipelines
- Monitoring, logging, and application observability
- DevSecOps practices in low-code platforms
