Role Description
Role Overview
- Entry‑level software engineer role for fresh graduates with strong fundamentals, high learning agility, and passion for building technology-driven solutions.
Technical Skills (any One Primary Stack)
- Hands-on academic / internship / project experience in one or more of the following:
- Java
- ReactJS + NodeJS
- Python
- Ability to clearly explain projects, design choices, and technical decisions made.
- Strong understanding of core programming concepts, data structures, and basic system design.
- Experience using IDEs, version control (Git), and basic development tools.
Learning & Growth
- Demonstrates strong learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies and frameworks.
- Willingness to upskill and work across different layers of the technology stack.
Analytical & Problem-Solving
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to break down problems and propose practical solutions.

- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Eligibility
- Recent graduate in Engineering / Computer Science / related disciplines or around 1 year industrial experience
- Strong academic foundation with interest in software engineering careers.
