Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day production support for SAP CRM Sales processes (Opportunities, Activities. Leads, Quotes, Orders).
Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and user issues within defined SLA's.
Perform root cause analysis and propose permanent fixes.
Monitor and ensure data consistency between CRM and ECC.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments
Work closely with ABAP team for Enhancements.
Perform functional testing.
Work on CRM-ECC integration.
Monitor and troubleshoot (Queues, BDocs, Delta loads and initial loads).
Prepare and maintain functional documentation.
Interact with business users to gather requirements.
Provide training and knowledge transfer when required.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Sales module.
Experience in support and enhancement projects.
Good Understanding Of
- CRM Web UI
- Business Partner
- Organizational Management
Experience with middleware and integration concepts.
Ability to analyze the functional issues and coordinate with technical teams.
