Position: Developer - Enterprise Apps IV

Responsibilities:
- 7-10 years Analyse, program, and implement enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software products.
- Design and configure new modules to improve system efficiency. Ensure existing software applications can be integrated into the ERP & CRM software solutions.
- Entry-Level position within field. Requires little to no experience in discipline. Conducts routine tasks as directed. Closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment.
- Ability to concisely evaluate the business requirements of the globally dispersed, end-user organizations and recommend and/or participate in the study of appropriate business solutions.
- This role involves active participation with regards to analysis, design, development/configuration, documentation, testing, performance studies, and implementation of enterprise applications and other mission critical systems as deemed necessary.
- Perform engagement preparation through the development of business objectives and requirements definition, needs analysis, project preparation checklist, statements of work, list of deliverables, initial project plans (including time and schedule estimates),
- Participate in design reviews and provide detailed design specifications cognizant of requirements voiced by the affiliated organizations and fellow development staff members.
- Development and/or enhancement of the system, Will also require design and development of interfaces to third party systems and reporting warehouse as required by the end-to-end process. Typically requires up to three years of relevant experience.
Key Expectations
- Hands-on AWS Application Development
- Not just theoretical knowledge — should have built and deployed real applications in AWS environments.
- Containerized Workloads (ECS)
- Practical experience packaging applications into Docker containers and deploying them via ECS with proper scaling and monitoring.
- Serverless Design
- Ability to design event-driven systems using Lambda, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and cost efficiency.
- REST APIs & Microservices
- Experience building RESTful APIs, working in microservices architecture, and handling inter-service communication.
- AWS Service Integration
- Hands-on integration with services like:
- S3 (storage)
- SQS (messaging/queueing)
- API Gateway (API exposure)
- CloudWatch (monitoring/logging)
- CI/CD & Deployment Automation
- Experience with automated build and deployment pipelines (e.g., Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), enabling smooth releases.
- Production Support & Troubleshooting
- Ability to debug and resolve issues in live cloud environments, analyse logs, and handle performance/scalability problems.
