We are looking for a Developer cum Trainer with a passion for both building AI solutions and mentoring others. This role blends hands-on development with training, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy both coding and knowledge-sharing.
💼 Key Responsibilities
👨💻 Development
- Develop and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI models
- Work on real-world applications and project implementations
- Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions
🎓 Training & Mentorship
- Design and deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions
- Create and maintain training materials and learning resources
- Simplify complex concepts for learners from diverse backgrounds
🔍 Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training and development practices
✅ Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer related field
- 1–2 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- Familiarity with cloud platforms/tools is a plus
