Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in PTC Windchill technical development.
- Proficiency in Java / J2EE, Windchill framework, and customizations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP and ABAP on HANA concepts.
- Experience with SAP–Windchill integration.
- Knowledge of HANA performance optimization, CDS Views, and AMDP.
- Strong SQL and database concepts.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementations.
- Knowledge of Digital Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms.
