Role Description
This is a full-time remote Developer role responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. The Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, create scalable technical solutions, and maintain existing systems. Other responsibilities include debugging, optimizing code for performance, and staying updated on new technology trends to improve applications and processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Database management and SQL skills for efficient data handling
- Knowledge in API integration and software debugging
- Problem-solving abilities and capacity to work in a collaborative, remote environment
- Preferred experience in insurance or financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
