- Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying Workday integrations

- Hands-on expertise with Core Connectors and Enterprise Interface Builder
✅ Workday Reporting
- Experience with Advanced, Composite, and Matrix reports
✅ BIRT Reporting & Analytics
- Proficient in custom report development and analytics
✅ Technical Troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze and resolve integration and reporting issues
✅ Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
✅ Compliance & Data Security
- Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and best practices
