We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer with strong expertise in AEM Forms to design, develop, and implement scalable digital solutions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in AEM architecture, Adaptive Forms, workflow automation, and Java-based backend development — with a strong eye for performance, security, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Forms
  • Build and customize Adaptive Forms, AEM Workflows, Form Data Models, and Document Services (Output, Forms, Assembler)
  • Develop AEM components, templates, and OSGi services using Sling, JCR, and Java
  • Integrate AEM and AEM Forms with external systems via RESTful APIs and third-party connectors
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across AEM environments
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality web experiences
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AEM / AEM Forms environments — including replication, indexing, and workflow failures
  • Ensure adherence to AEM development best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team
  • Stay current with Adobe's latest AEM and AEM Forms product capabilities and cloud roadmap
