Job overview:

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Development Manager with strong expertise in .NET Core, SQL Server, and Angular (version 8+), along with proven people management capabilities. This role requires hands-on technical leadership across both backend and frontend development, while managing and mentoring a team to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will balance architecture ownership, delivery excellence, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of fullstack developers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Own the end-to-end application architecture, covering backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend applications.
  • Oversee backend development using .NET Core (C#, .NET 5+), ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Lead frontend development using Angular (version 8+), ensuring responsive, secure, and user-friendly UI implementations.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Angular frontend and RESTful backend APIs.
  • Define and enforce best practices for coding standards, architecture, performance optimization, and security.
  • Guide the team on microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and modular application design.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Manage sprint planning, task allocation, delivery timelines, and overall execution.
  • Conduct code reviews across backend and frontend components.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges and architectural decisions.
  • Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Participate actively in people management activities including performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure proper documentation of architecture, code, and development processes.


Required Qualifications:


Experience: 10–14 years of overall software development experience. Minimum 3–5 years in a technical leadership or people management role.


Technical Skills:


  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core (C#, .NET 5+).
  • Strong experience with Angular (version 8 or above), including component-based architecture, services, and state management.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices.
  • Expertise in SQL Server, database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Git and modern development toolchains.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to event-driven or microservices-based architectures.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.

  • Code quality and adherence to architectural and coding standards across frontend and backend.
  • Performance and stability of .NET Core APIs and Angular (8+) applications.
