For talented individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and the courage to shape the future, the "Start up!" trainee program offers you a space for learning and development for 18 months. We offer you a broad range of insights into our organization, as well as the opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and explore new topics to help you reach your full potential. Get started and manage your own career! You'll have five project assignments: the first within "Telekom Strategy Consulting" Germany. After that, you can choose your subsequent projects individually – across the entire group . Get out of your comfort zone! After your first assignment, you'll decide which topics you'd like to delve deeper into. During the program, we want you to step out of your comfort zone and explore new areas within Deutsche Telekom. We'll support you with a broad network. Expand your network and experience the trainee community! Fridays are reserved for "Magenta Friday." All trainees come together and work on strategic, innovative growth topics outside of their own project assignments. The trainees work in various teams, where they organize events, promote their personal development, or contribute to social initiatives. Go international! Leading digital telecommunications company without international experience? Never! One of your (3-month) assignments will be abroad. You decide which country and city. Understand our business! Seize the opportunity to learn about Deutsche Telekom's operational business. During our "Service Days," you can gain direct insights into how Deutsche Telekom works with customers. Choose your "Service Days," such as a day in customer service, a visit to a T-Shop, or a stop at one of our service centers. You'll gain direct insight into how we turn customers into fans every day.
