As a UX/UI + Visual Designer (AVP), you'll play a pivotal role in delivering intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences that drive business success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across UX, Engineering, and Product, you'll bring ideas to life, ensuring high-quality execution at every stage of the design process. Responsibilities: Lead the creation and evolution of a scalable Design System across digital platforms. Develop and implement UX/UI solutions for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications. Collaborate with teams in the UK, aligning with global design strategies. Contribute to UX strategy discussions, ensuring best practices and consistency. Work within agile environments, quickly iterating on user feedback. Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met across platforms. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Visual, UX, UI, and Brand design. Expertise in Figma (Adobe XD, Sketch experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, etc.). Experience working with Bootstrap and responsive frameworks. Ability to analyze user feedback and iterate on designs efficiently. Cross-platform experience ensuring design consistency across web and mobile. A startup mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced problem-solving.
