About the role

As a Senior Product Manager at Deutsche Bank, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, design, and delivery of innovative products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining the product vision and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs - Conducting market research, analyzing user feedback, and translating insights into actionable product requirements - Collaborating with engineering teams to design, build, and test new product features - Defining product launch plans, managing release schedules, and monitoring post-launch performance - Continuously optimizing the product experience based on user feedback and market trends - Driving product adoption and evangelizing the product both internally and externally. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience as a product manager in the financial services or technology industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into user-centric solutions - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience leading product development lifecycles - A passion for creating innovative, user-friendly products that solve real customer problems
