Professional - eFX Sales Trader

As a Professional - eFX Sales Trader, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service and support to our institutional clients, as well as contributing to the ongoing development and optimization of our eFX trading platform. You will work closely with our trading and technology teams to identify and implement enhancements that improve the overall client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client service and support to institutional clients, including handling inquiries, managing trades, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. - Collaborate with trading and technology teams to identify and implement platform enhancements that improve the client experience. - Monitor market conditions and client activity to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Participate in the development and testing of new features and functionalities for the eFX trading platform. - Contribute to the overall success of the eFX business by proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
