As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and tailored support to our clients, collaborating closely with them to understand their needs and providing timely and effective solutions. You will work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of our applications and services.Key Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on support and guidance to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues effectively- Collaborate with internal teams such as business analysts, developers and operations to ensure client needs are met- Participate in the implementation of new applications and features, providing subject matter expertise- Contribute to the continuous improvement of applications and services through feedback and recommendation- Maintain detailed documentation and knowledge base to enable efficient knowledge sharing- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to enhance client experienceRequirements:- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex financial applications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients- Proven track record of delivering high-quality support and driving client satisfaction- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices- Relevant university degree or equivalent experience in a similar role- Fluency in English, additional European language skills preferred
