Deutsche Bank is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Collaborate with Data Owners, Stewards, Divisional Records Managers, Divisional Data Leads, and Data Lifecycle teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the organization.
Support the implementation and management of Data & Records Management governance tools and technologies.
Regularly assess and refine Data & Records governance processes and policies for continuous improvement.
Ensure data location and usage are documented through agreed Data Governance tools.
Maintain regular reports and metrics to track Data Quality and Governance performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support the evaluation and implementation of Data Governance tools and technologies to enhance initiatives.
Provide training and support to Data Owners and Stewards on Data Governance best practices.
Monitor and report on Data Quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify and address Data Quality issues, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in economics, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
Knowledge of Data & Records Management requirements, including identification, classification, retention, archiving, retrieval, and disposal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across locations and hierarchies.
Autonomous working style with intrinsic motivation for the job.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying messages to diverse stakeholder groups.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Expertise with Data Management tools (e.g., Collibra) is a plus.
Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices is a plus.
