Director, Equity Capital Markets, Strategic Equity Solutions

As a Director in the Equity Capital Markets team, you will be responsible for the execution of strategic equity solutions for our corporate clients. This includes structuring and executing complex equity-linked transactions such as convertible bonds, exchangeable bonds, equity options, mandatory convertibles and other tailor-made equity solutions. You will work closely with clients, product teams and trading to deliver bespoke solutions to meet the strategic needs of our clients. The role requires a strong understanding of capital markets, derivatives and structured products as well as the ability to engage with senior executives and build trusted advisory relationships.
