About the role

This two-year graduate programme provides you with the essential skills and experience to launch an exciting career in investment banking. You'll join our Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) team, which provides solutions and services to corporate and institutional clients across global markets. From your first day, you'll be a fully integrated member of the team, rotating through different areas of FIC to gain broad experience. This could include interest rate derivatives, currencies, emerging markets, credit trading, securitization, and more. You'll take on real responsibilities from the start, contributing to live deals and transactions. At the same time, you'll receive structured training, both on the job and through our dedicated graduate academy, to develop your technical, interpersonal and leadership abilities. Upon successful completion of the programme, you'll have the opportunity to secure a permanent position within FIC or explore other opportunities across the bank.
