Corporate Action Specialist - Equity & Debt Solutions

As a Corporate Action Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and overseeing corporate actions on securities in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Process corporate actions (e.g. dividends, mergers, rights issues, etc.) on a daily basis and ensure timely and accurate implementation - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather required information and communicate corporate action details - Maintain and update corporate action calendars and databases - Identify and resolve corporate action-related issues and exceptions - Provide support and guidance to the broader team on corporate action processing and related matters - Stay updated on regulatory changes and market developments impacting corporate actions - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate actions processing, preferably in the financial services industry - Strong understanding of corporate action event types and processing requirements - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficient in using relevant systems and tools for corporate action processing - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
