About the role
You will be part of the KYC and onboarding experience team in the Corporate Bank (CB) and Investment Bank (IB) Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations function to support improvement of experience that clients, businesses and employee receive during KYC and onboarding, working in partnership with business, technology, and other teams.
You will support a highly dynamic team in analyzing, designing and tracking the outcomes that deliver the improved experience.
