About the role

We are looking for an Associate to join our Corporate Governance team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of the Corporate Governance function, which is responsible for providing oversight and advisory services to the Corporate Center and the business divisions on corporate governance matters. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the preparation of governance documentation, including Board and Committee meeting materials - Supporting the coordination and execution of Board and Committee meetings - Participating in the implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures - Conducting research and analysis on corporate governance topics - Collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization - Providing administrative support as needed The ideal candidate will have: - 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, legal, compliance or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Knowledge of corporate governance best practices and regulations - Fluency in English
