• Ensure all travel details are accurate and up-to-date.
• Complete required certifications and ongoing training with company and travel partners.
• Research and recommend the best travel options and pricing to meet clients’ needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States.
• Reliable internet access with a smartphone and/or computer.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred, but not required.
