Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida with flexibility for some remote work. As a Destination Expert, you will be responsible for curating and recommending travel itineraries, providing expert advice on destinations, and assisting clients in planning trips that meet their preferences and budgets. Additional responsibilities include researching destinations, liaising with travel vendors, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of both domestic and international travel destinations, with expertise in planning tours and trips.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in research, planning, and itinerary development to provide customized travel solutions.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle booking coordination, vendor management, and client interactions efficiently.
- Familiarity with travel tools, booking platforms, and the ability to stay updated on industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for exploring and recommending destinations.
