Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Destination Expert based in Noida, with flexibility for remote work. The Destination Expert will assist clients by curating tailored travel packages, advising on destination options, and handling bookings and travel logistics. Collaborating with team members to plan and execute itineraries, ensuring a seamless travel experience, and providing outstanding customer service will be key aspects of the role. Additionally, the Destination Expert will stay updated on travel trends, safety regulations, and cost-effective travel choices for customers.
Qualifications
- Skills in travel planning, destination research, and offering tailored travel advice to clients.
- Proficiency in client communication, customer service, and relationship management.
- Experience in creating itineraries, booking arrangements, and managing travel logistics.
- Knowledge of international tourism, cruise destinations, and adventure travel segments.
- Time management, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with travel and booking software is preferred.
- Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
