Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Desktop Support Technician. The role involves providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, diagnosing and repairing computer systems, and ensuring functional printer operation. The candidate will assist with resolving technical issues, maintain proper documentation, and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Desktop Computer setup, maintenance, and basic operations
• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Ability to manage Printer Support and maintenance effectively
• Skills in Computer Repair and problem diagnostics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members effectively
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or relevant IT certifications are a plus
• Ability to operate in an on-site environment in Jaipur
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
