Role Description
The Desktop Support Intern will assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT hardware, software, and network systems. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and supporting desktop computers, peripherals, and office equipment such as printers. The intern will diagnose and resolve technical issues for end-users, provide prompt customer support, and ensure seamless daily operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support tasks
- Proficiency in Technical Support, including diagnosing and resolving IT hardware and software issues
- Skills related to Printer Support and troubleshooting of peripheral devices
- Ability to perform Troubleshooting for system and network-related problems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure and security concepts is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt in a dynamic environment
