Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Desktop Support Intern role located in Pune City. As a Desktop Support Intern, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop computers, printers, and IT peripherals. Additional responsibilities include providing technical and end-user support, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal operation of desktop systems. You will collaborate closely with other IT team members to identify, analyze, and resolve system problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to user productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in working with Desktop Computers and providing Desk Top Support
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues and providing Technical Support
- Skills in Printer Support, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues effectively
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking is a plus
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
