EXPERIENCE: Fresher to 1 year experience
QUALIFICATION:
•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
•Ability towork in shiftsand provide extended support if required.
•Basic knowledge ofhardware, software installations, and networking
•Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
•Goodcommunication skillsand ability to work in a team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
●Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
●Installing applications and computer peripherals.
●Conduct remote troubleshooting.
●Responding to client support requests.
●Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
●Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
●Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
●Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
●Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
●Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
●Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
●Completing job reports and ordering supplies.
●Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
