Job Summary The Desktop Support Executive will provide technical assistance to end-users and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role includes managing IT assets, handling support tickets pan-India, and maintaining accurate data and records.
Key Responsibilities ·
- Maintain and update records of IT assets, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software licenses.
- Track asset allocation, movement, and disposal across locations.
- PAN India Ticket Support: Provide remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues across all branches.
- Respond to and resolve tickets within defined SLAs using the ticketing system.
- Coordinate with regional teams for escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and asset details.
- Generate periodic reports on ticket status, asset inventory, and compliance.
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to IT policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role. (open to freshers)
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT asset management tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
