Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer | System Support Engineer L1.5. The position is based in Bengaluru South. The responsibilities include providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, and troubleshooting technical problems. The role also involves assisting end-users with setup, installation, and system maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Desktop Computers, including setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Experience in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting for end-users
- Knowledge of Printer Support and connectivity solutions
- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing issues related to Computer Hardware
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications in IT support or hardware maintenance are a plus
