Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, including Windows 10/11, Windows 8.1, Windows 7, and Windows XP, along with Citrix Client and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Install and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook across versions, including O365, 2016, 2013, 2010, and 2007.
- Create and manage email IDs, Active Directory user accounts, shared folders, and AVD desktops.
- Set up new user accounts, network printers, and manage user access permissions.
- Handle password resets, access requests, and user profile issues.
- Support collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Lync, and Remote Desktop (RDP).
- Provide remote IT support to users across India using SCCM, Bomgar Remote Support, and Remote Desktop tools.
