Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer, located in Anantapur. The Desktop Support Engineer will manage hardware and software troubleshooting, provide technical support for desktop computers, and offer expertise in printer setup and maintenance. Daily activities include responding to support tickets, diagnosing technical issues, ensuring optimal performance of computer hardware, and offering user assistance as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in desktop computers and computer hardware
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting processes
- Knowledge of printer support and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues promptly
- Previous experience in a desktop support role is preferred
- Relevant certifications in computer hardware or IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus
