Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Delhi, India. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktops and laptops, assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop and printer functionality. Responsibilities will also include installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware and resolving technical issues related to desktop systems in a timely and efficient manner to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
- Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving related issues
- Ability to handle Printer Support and ensure effective troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills in diagnosing and rectifying hardware-related defects
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and end-users
- Experience with IT infrastructure or hotel industry systems is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent will be advantageous
