Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Desktop Support Engineer based in Thane. The Desktop Support Engineer will provide technical support, troubleshoot desktop computers, printer support, and maintain computer hardware.
Responsibilities
- Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
- Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
- remote troubleshooting and support
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- End-user support & Seniors Support.
- Maintenance of Laptops, Desktop, Mac, Apple, routers, servers, Printers, Scanners
- Troubleshooting & Installation
- Inventory Management
- vendor coordination
- Backups & Restoration
- Basic Knowledge of Firewalls & Security.
- Basic Server and AD Knowledge
