Job Opening: Desktop Support Engineer (Onsite)
Mode of Work: Client Location (Onsite)
Shift: General Shift
Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Experience: 1.5 – 2 Years (Relevant Experience)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS, Ubuntu Linux)
- Managing Active Directory users, computers, and group policies (basic level)
- Joining systems to domain and assigning user privileges
- Installing and configuring software as per user requirements
- Troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook issues (PST/OST management)
- Basic administration of Office 365
- Managing antivirus endpoints and performing security checks
- Performing system maintenance (patching, disk cleanup, AV scans, etc.)
- Installing and troubleshooting network printers and scanners
- Providing remote and telephonic support using remote tools
- Handling backup activities and maintaining IT asset inventory
- Coordinating with vendors for hardware/software issues
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation/configuration
- Basic networking knowledge
- Good communication and user-handling skills
