Role Description The Desktop Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to end users. This role includes installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers and related hardware, as well as setting up and supporting printers and other peripheral devices. The Desktop Support Engineer will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, perform routine troubleshooting, and escalate complex problems as needed. Additional responsibilities include monitoring system performance, maintaining accurate support documentation, and collaborating with other IT team members to ensure stable and secure operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Candidates should possess experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve user issues efficiently and effectively.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in Printer Support, including setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Candidates should possess clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach to support users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Candidates should possess the ability to prioritize tasks, work systematically, and document issues and resolutions accurately.
- Candidates with a bachelor's degree in any discipline will be preferred
- Experience : Fresher to 6 Months
- Salary: INR 20,000/- CTC per month
