Salary: ₹3.00 LPA – ₹3.3 LPA

Location: Vijayawada

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Work from Office)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Desktop Support Engineer with 1.6 years of hands-on experience to join our IT support team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of desktop systems, troubleshooting techniques, and familiarity with enterprise tools, especially in the Outlook and Office 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day user support issues and service requests via a ticketing system.
• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Outlook.
• Provide support for Office 365 (O365) related issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and support Windows OS and general desktop applications.
• Manage basic network troubleshooting and escalate as necessary.
• Maintain documentation for support processes and user guides.

Required Skills:

• Experience working with any Ticketing Tool (e.g., ServiceNow, Zoho Desk, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Outlook installation, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, DNS, IP configuration).
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of valid and verifiable experience in a similar desktop support role.
• Must be able to produce the following documents:
• Bank Statements (salary credited)
• Offer Letter(s)
• Experience Letter(s)
• Salary Slips
