Role Overview
Provide system administration and technical support across Windows 11, Intune, Defender, Rapid7, MacOS, and Jamf. Intermediate skills in Windows Active Directory & Networking are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and resolve issues on laptops (Windows/Mac), VMs, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
- Handle LAN/WAN, WiFi, routers, switches, printers, and related hardware.
- Maintain IT hardware/software inventory and ticketing systems.
- Coordinate with local/global IT teams and external vendors for support and asset management.
- Deploy and maintain Dell/MacBook hardware, OS, MDM, endpoint protection, and MS Autopilot.
- Support MS Office 365, Azure AD/Entra, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Install and manage printers, IP cameras, and Teams devices.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of IT support experience.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Customer service mindset: clear communication, patience, adaptability.
- Proactive problem‑solving and ownership of IT tasks.
- Certifications in Microsoft OS/Applications, Azure, or Networking preferred.
