Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer, located in the Greater Jaipur Area. The Desktop Support Engineer will manage and maintain desktop computers, resolve technical issues, provide support for printers, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems. The role will require ensuring optimal system performance and delivering excellent support to end users.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining desktop computers
- Experience in providing technical and printer support
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly
- Solid understanding of computer hardware components
- Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical users
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and deliver timely resolutions
- Relevant certification (e.g., CompTIA, A+, or other IT support certifications) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
