Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Desktop Support Engineer role located in New Delhi. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and supporting desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support for printers, and addressing end-user concerns. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, ensuring system functionality, and collaborating with the IT team for smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in supporting desktop computers and troubleshooting related hardware or software issues
- Experience in printer support and resolving technical concerns associated with printing devices
- Knowledge of computer hardware, including components, installation, and maintenance
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving technical problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with users and the IT team
- An IT or related certification is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is preferred
