Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Desktop Support Engineer role located in Saket. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop computers, providing technical support to end users, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer hardware and peripherals. The role will also involve handling printer support and resolving technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining Desktop Computers, including operating systems and software.
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for hardware and software-related issues.
- Knowledge of Printer Support, including configuration and issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of Computer Hardware and peripheral setup and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively support end users.
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL are a plus.
