Desktop Troubleshooting, Outlook Configuration, OS Installation

Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments    
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners    
Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs    
Knowledge of O365 outlook    
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions    
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills    
Customer-oriented attitude    
Worked in Domain office environment.    
Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role Network printer 
Trust Relationship Error, DNS, DHCP, Gateway.
Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, AD DNS
O365 & MS office installation, trouble shoot & backup, restore, License
Formatting & Knowledge of Basic Software’s and Data Backup
Installation of windows 10 & 11
Outlook configuration & installation
VIP user Handling
