Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Desktop Support Engineer role based in Vadodara. The Desktop Support Engineer will provide day-to-day technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, supporting printers and network-connected devices, and handling user requests through tickets or direct interaction. The role involves troubleshooting system performance problems, applying updates and patches, maintaining asset inventory, and documenting solutions and procedures.
The engineer will collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure stable, secure, and reliable end-user computing environments.
Qualifications
