Desktop Support Engineer

Qualification: B Tech / BE or equivalent. MCSE, ITIL
Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E or equivalent qualification
- Certifications preferred: MCSE, ITIL, hardware/software certifications
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Proficient with Windows/macOS, MS Office, and basic networking (LAN, DHCP)
- Understanding of VIP-level service standards and urgency
Working Hours
- 24/7 work environment
- 6 days a week with rotational weekly off
Job Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops (Windows/macOS), tablets, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networks (LAN/DHCP), and printers
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security patches
- Maintain VIP user profiles, update device inventory, and contribute to the IT knowledge base
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for quick issue resolution
- Conduct proactive system checks and assist in event preparation
- Ensure minimal downtime and fast resolutions for VIP users
