Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Tiruttani. Responsibilities include providing technical support for desktop computers, managing printer setups and maintenance, resolving hardware and software issues, and troubleshooting system problems. The engineer will ensure timely and effective solutions to technical problems while delivering a high standard of customer support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware setup and maintenance
- Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting various IT-related issues
- Knowledge of Printer Support, including installation and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Familiarity with communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL will be an added advantage
